These powerful plants support holistic wellness, helping to cleanse the body, sharpen the mind, eases stress and anxiety, and elevate the spirit, inviting you to reconnect with nature's rhythms and your own inner wisdom.

In this 2-hour workshop, you will  gain knowledge and tools to improve your wellness, boost energy, enhance mental clarity, and deepen your connection to your heart through the healing power of ancestral foods.

The Live workshop will be recorded, and you will RECEIVE an Ancestral Foods workbook, with some of Bird's favorite ancestral recipes.

 

 

About Bird Mejia

 

I come from a lost lineage of healers and intuitives from my Mexican side, and I believe that many of us come from lineages lost to our ancient ancestral foods and gifts. With 15 other lineages in my dna, I am passionate about humans healing and uniting and creating a better world for us all.  While I believe my 55 years of life experiene is my greatest teacher, I have also been a scholar most of my life. Since I was a child, I inhaled books, and now I do the same with online courses. In addition, I have earned two Master’s degrees, done graduate work in psychotherapy and am trained in Shakti Naam Yoga, breathwork & sound meditation, Reiki, Harmonyum Healing, chakra healing, the medicine ways of my indigenous Mexican ancestors, cacao as ancestral medicine, generational trauma healing and more.  

I have been a cook all of my life. My great-grandmother on my Mexican side was renowned in her community for culinary delights, making a different mole and salsa every day of the week. On my German side, my grandmother was a farmer and a great cook, which she passed on to my father. I grew up making tamales with my mother and apple pies with my father. I have been mostly plant-based for 10 years, and I LOVE creating nourishing meals to strengthen my body, heart, mind and soul.
